| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Linda Weidner of McHenry, who passed away | 4 | | on January 6, 2015; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Linda Weidner married James Weidner on December 9, | 6 | | 1972 at St. Joseph Church in Libertyville; she was a resident | 7 | | of McHenry since 1976; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Linda Weidner worked for Wauconda and Grant | 9 | | Townships and retired from Ela Township as a Deputy Assessor; | 10 | | and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Linda Weidner enjoyed fishing at the McHenry Dam | 12 | | every day during the summer; playing bingo; taking trips to Las | 13 | | Vegas; spending time with her grandchildren; wintering in | 14 | | Arizona with her best friend, Darlene, and husband, Jim; | 15 | | reading; and playing with her dog, Angel; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Linda Weidner was preceded in death by her mother, | 17 | | Violet Hammonds; her best friend and cousin, Darlene Michalek; | 18 | | and her father and mother-in-law, Dick and Esther Weidner; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Linda Weidner is survived by her husband of 42 | 20 | | years, James; her children, Kelly (Todd) Dzike, Keri (Mike) |
