| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Cynthia M. Bart of McHenry, who passed | 4 | | away on February 27, 2017; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart was born in Chicago to Peter and | 6 | | Virginia (Lehner) Czerwinski on November 25, 1947; she married | 7 | | James Bart at St. Aloysius in Chicago on August 7, 1971; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart worked for the McHenry Savings Bank | 9 | | for 25 years; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart enjoyed camping, reading, and | 11 | | spending time with her grandchildren; she loved all animals; | 12 | | and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart was preceded in death by her parents; | 14 | | and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart is survived by her husband, James; | 16 | | her children, Jennifer (Ryan) Pope, Jeremy (Megan) Bart, and | 17 | | Jaclyn (Greg) Kroeger; her grandchildren, Mckayln Bart, Mason | 18 | | Bart, Lydia Pope, and Violet Kroeger; her sisters, Celeste | 19 | | Seavey, and Cecilia Czerwinski; therefore, be it
