14 Arbitration Fund to the Supreme Court for Mandatory
15 Arbitration Programs.
16 Section 40. The sum of $116,800, or so much thereof as
17 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Foreign Language
18 Interpreter Fund to the Supreme Court for the Foreign
19 Language Interpreter Program.
20 Section 45. The sum of $728,000, or so much thereof as
21 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Lawyers'
22 Assistance Program Fund to the Supreme Court for lawyers'
23 assistance programs.
24 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
25 July 1, 2003.
