| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Joseph Edward "Joe" Reinhardt of Park | 4 | | City, formerly of North Chicago, who passed away on August 2, | 5 | | 2018; and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Joe Reinhardt was born in North Chicago on January | 7 | | 13, 1944; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Joe Reinhardt worked in the maintenance | 9 | | department of the Veterans Administration Hospital in North | 10 | | Chicago and retired in 2006 after 38 years of service; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Joe Reinhardt was a member of Holy Family Church | 12 | | (Most Blessed Trinity) in Waukegan; he was an avid collector of | 13 | | World War II memorabilia; he enjoyed walking, watching | 14 | | television, and spending time with his best friend, Miguel | 15 | | Camacho; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Joe Reinhardt was preceded in death by his sister, | 17 | | Vada Welch, and his brothers, John, Lloyd, William, and Glen | 18 | | Reinhardt; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Joe Reinhardt is survived by his many nieces and | 20 | | nephews; his brother Charles Reinhardt; and his sister, Wynell |

| 2 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | 3 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 4 | | Joseph Edward "Joe" Reinhardt and extend our sincere | 5 | | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved | 6 | | him; and be it further
| 7 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 8 | | presented to the family of Joe Reinhardt as an expression of | 9 | | our deepest sympathy.
