| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Richard F. Budzynski Sr. of Johnsburg, | 4 | | who passed away on April 13, 2017; and | 5 | | WHEREAS, Richard Budzynski Sr. was born in Chicago to John | 6 | | and Emily (Zyskowski) Budzynski on February 12, 1939; he | 7 | | proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and married | 8 | | the love of his life, Muriel Paszkiet, in Chicago at St. Robert | 9 | | Bellarmine Church on September 29, 1962; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Richard Budzynski Sr. was the proprietor of RFB | 11 | | Litho Service Inc. of Chicago for over 39 years; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Richard Budzynski Sr. had a summer home since 1989 | 13 | | in Johnsburg and became a permanent resident in 1999; he was a | 14 | | member of the Knights of Columbus Council 9167 with St. John | 15 | | the Baptist Catholic Church; he loved to read and enjoyed | 16 | | woodworking; he had a great love for nature and the outdoors; | 17 | | especially his riverfront property in Johnsburg, and the beauty | 18 | | of the outdoors in Wisconsin; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Richard Budzynski Sr. was preceded in death by his | 20 | | parents; his brother, John Budzynski; his sister-in-law, Del | 21 | | Budzynski; and his brother-in-law, George Blickhahn; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Richard Budzynski Sr. is survived by his loving | 2 | | wife of 54 years, Muriel; his children, Adrienne (Christopher) | 3 | | Hentz, Richard F. Jr. (Karina) Budzynski; his grandchildren, | 4 | | Alexander, Shawn, Elise, Jake, Mila; and his sister, Dorothy | 5 | | Blickhahn; therefore, be it
| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | 7 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 8 | | Richard F. Budzynski Sr., and extend our sincere condolences to | 9 | | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | 10 | | further | 11 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 12 | | presented to the family of Richard Budzynski Sr. as an | 13 | | expression of our deepest sympathy.
