| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 |
| learn of the death of Bobbie Wanless of Pekin, who passed away | 4 |
| on November 13, 2009; and
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Bobbie Wanless was born February 18, 1937, in | 6 |
| Pekin to Vernard and Violet McKinney; he married Donna Nash on | 7 |
| December 24, 1987, in Pekin; and
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, He served in the United States Army in Germany for | 9 |
| three years; and
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, He retired from Cox Transfer in Eureka; and
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, His parents preceded him in death; and
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Bobbie Wanless is survived by his wife, Donna; his | 13 |
| children, Vicky Fischer, Mike (Lisa) Wanless, Denielle (Kyle) | 14 |
| Pass, Kim (David) Pratt, Cheryl (Todd) Streuly, Kenna (Brad) | 15 |
| Jones, and Otis (Anne) Blake; his twenty grandchildren; his | 16 |
| nine great-grandchildren; his two sisters, Bernadine Brown and | 17 |
| Mary Sims; and his brother, James McKinney; therefore, be it
| 18 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | 19 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
