| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Carol Mendoza of Park City, who passed | 4 | | away on July 2, 2019; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Carol Mendoza was born in Chicago to Stephen and | 6 | | Norma Feller on August 9, 1949; she married Francisco "Frank" | 7 | | Mendoza in Waukegan on July 26, 1983; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Carol Mendoza was a beautician and the owner and | 9 | | operator of Carol's Doll House in Deerfield; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Carol Mendoza volunteered with Providing | 11 | | Advocacy, Dignity and Shelter (PADS) for many years; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Carol Mendoza was preceded in death by her | 13 | | parents; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Carol Mendoza is survived by her husband of 36 | 15 | | years, Frank; her brother, Steve Feller; her brothers-in-law | 16 | | and sisters-in-law, Jose Mendoza, Alfredo Mendoza, Anastacia | 17 | | Mendoza, Guadalupe Mendoza, and Rosa Mendoza; her nephew, | 18 | | Charles Feller; and many nieces, nephews, and friends; | 19 | | therefore, be it
