| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Beth Ann Klyczek of Crystal Lake, who | 4 | | passed away on October 11, 2013; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek was born on April 23, 1966 in Des | 6 | | Plaines; her parents were David and Elizabeth Grant; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek graduated from Northern Illinois | 8 | | University in 1989; and | 9 | | WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek was employed as Vice | 10 | | President/Market Manager at Inland Bank in Lake Zurich and | 11 | | Hawthorne Woods; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek served as the President of the | 13 | | Hawthorne Woods Woman's Club and as an Ambassador for the Lake | 14 | | Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce; she was also a member of the | 15 | | Lake Zurich Rotary Club and the Lake Zurich High School | 16 | | Advisory Council; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek was preceded in death by her | 18 | | father-in-law, Eugene Klyczek, and her sister-in-law, Theresa | 19 | | Grant; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Beth Ann Klyczek is survived by her loving husband | 2 | | of 24 years, Gregory Klyczek; her children, Nathaniel Klyczek | 3 | | and Abigail Klyczek; her brothers, Charles Grant and David | 4 | | Grant; her sister, Mary (George) Dorian; her brothers-in-law, | 5 | | Jeffrey (Janyce) Klyczek, Christopher (Kathleen) Klyczek, and | 6 | | Kevin Klyczek; her parents, David and Elizabeth Grant; her | 7 | | mother-in-law, Colette Klyczek; and her many nieces, nephews, | 8 | | and cousins; therefore, be it
| 9 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | 10 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her | 11 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Beth Ann Klyczek; and | 12 | | be it further
