| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Frank Wesley Foehr of Bloomington, who | 4 | | passed away on November 4, 2013; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Frank Foehr was born on May 1, 1942 to Frank Roman | 6 | | and Elsie Schnake Foehr; he graduated from Ashley High School | 7 | | in 1960 and received his Bachelor of Science from Southern | 8 | | Illinois University in Carbondale in 1964; he received his | 9 | | Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Loyola University Chicago; he | 10 | | served his country in the United States Army from 1968 to 1970 | 11 | | as head of the dental clinic in Fort Huachucha, Arizona and | 12 | | then in Nah Trang, Vietnam; he was transferred to Massachusetts | 13 | | as head of Natick Dental Clinic and Lab before moving to | 14 | | Bloomington in June 1971 to start his private dental practice; | 15 | | and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Frank Foehr's most cherished moments were spent | 17 | | vacationing with his family and enjoying their company; and
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Frank Foehr was preceded in death by his parents; | 19 | | and
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Frank Foehr is survived by his wife, Ruthann | 21 | | Foehr; his sons, Christian Foehr, Derek (Leia) Foehr, and Baine |

| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | 8 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 9 | | Frank Wesley Foehr, and extend our sincere condolences to his | 10 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | 11 | | further
