| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Justin | 4 | | D'Wayne Williams, formerly of Peoria, who passed away on | 5 | | October 24, 2013; and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Justin Williams was born on August 10, 1981 in | 7 | | Kansas City, Missouri to Clifford Williams and LaFelda Jones; | 8 | | he graduated in 1999 from Richwoods High School in Peoria; he | 9 | | served his country in the United States Marine Corps and was | 10 | | stationed at Camp Pendleton and Camp LeJune in San Diego, | 11 | | California; he married Gretchen Widger in 2007 and they settled | 12 | | in Kansas City in 2008; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Justin Williams worked as a commercial salesman | 14 | | for Batteries Plus in Kansas City, Kansas; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Justin Williams was an avid Kansas City Chiefs | 16 | | fan; and | 17 | | WHEREAS, Justin Williams passed away along side of his | 18 | | step-daughter, Jazmyne Harris; he was preceded in death by his | 19 | | grandfather, Jerry Williams; and
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Justin Williams is survived by his wife, Gretchen; |

| 1 | | his son, Justin, Jr.; his daughter, Andrea; his mother, Lafelda | 2 | | Jones; his father Clifford Williams; his grandmother, Pearl | 3 | | Ross; his in-laws, Rick and Emma Descamps; his childhood | 4 | | friend, Joshua Williams; and a host of other relatives and | 5 | | friends; therefore, be it
| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | 7 | | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | 8 | | we mourn the passing of Justin D'Wayne Williams, and extend our | 9 | | sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew | 10 | | and loved him; and be it further
| 11 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 12 | | presented to the family of Justin Williams as an expression of | 13 | | our deepest sympathy.
