| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Pearl | 4 | | Lillian "Lil Bird" Mayfield of Waukegan; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Pearl Mayfield was born to Postel and Rosie | 6 | | Mayfield on January 21, 1945; she graduated from North Chicago | 7 | | Community High School and was a lifelong resident of | 8 | | Waukegan/North Chicago; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Pearl Mayfield retired from Johnson Motors and W. | 10 | | W. Grainier; after her retirement she worked for Sheridan | 11 | | Health for several years; she was a hard worker and cultivated | 12 | | that same work ethic into her children; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Pearl Mayfield was preceded in death by her | 14 | | parents; her brother, William Mayfield; her children, Rene | 15 | | Mayfield and Antoinette Nicholson; and her grandson, Jonathan | 16 | | Wilkins; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Pearl Mayfield is survived by her children, Rick | 18 | | (Myiesha) Coleman, Eugene Raymon Mayfield, Rita (Wesley) | 19 | | Sneed, Norman (Cynthia) Medley, and her adopted son, Bobby | 20 | | Gordon; eight grandchildren, Eric Mayfield, Rayen Mayfield, | 21 | | Ruben (Deondria) Sanchez, Xavier Coleman, Iyana Brunson, |
