| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Betty J. Jackson of McHenry, who passed | 4 | | away on January 3, 2014; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Betty Jackson was born on April 19, 1930 in | 6 | | Chicago to Gerard and Mildred (nee Hensel) Schons; she married | 7 | | Joseph Jackson on September 19, 1949 at St. John the Baptist | 8 | | Catholic Church in Johnsburg; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Betty Jackson was a member of St. Patrick Church | 10 | | in McHenry, where she was active in the Ladies Guild; she | 11 | | enjoyed spending time with family and friends and especially | 12 | | with the Widows Club; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Betty Jackson was preceded in death by her parents | 14 | | and by her husband, Joseph; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Betty Jackson is survived by her children, Randall | 16 | | (Kristin) Jackson, Suzanne (Joseph) Tyburski, David (Cynthia) | 17 | | Jackson, and Karen McGee; her grandchildren, Jessica (Peter) | 18 | | Croshaw, Amanda (Steven) Prochaska, Julianne (Paul) Kipple, | 19 | | Sara (Jason) Noyer, Laura Tyburski, Andrew (Brandi) Jackson, | 20 | | Anthony Jackson, Peter Jackson, and Kathleen McGee; and her 11 | 21 | | great-grandchildren; therefore, be it
