AN ACT concerning criminal law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. "An Act concerning criminal law", Public Act 94-397, approved August 2, 2005, is amended by changing the title of the Act as follows:

(Public Act 94-397, Act title)

An Act concerning criminal law, which may be referred to as the Michelle Eppel Law.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
