| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of James | 4 | | Joseph Moehlenhof of Peoria, who passed away on February 28, | 5 | | 2015; and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, James Moehlenhof was born on April 9, 1954 in | 7 | | Peoria; his parents were Joseph Henry and Mary Ann (nee Pegg) | 8 | | Moehlenhof; he married Mary Jo McGrath on June 27, 1981 at St. | 9 | | Mark Catholic Church in Peoria; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, James Moehlenhof attended Western Illinois | 11 | | University, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in | 12 | | Accounting; shortly after, he became a Certified Public | 13 | | Accountant and Certified Management Accountant; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, James Moehlenhof served as the director of finance | 15 | | at Heyl, Royster, Voelker, and Allen, P.C.; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, James Moehlenhof enjoyed serving his | 17 | | neighborhood; he served as president of the Arbor District | 18 | | Neighborhood Association and was a member of St. Mark Catholic | 19 | | Church and the American Institute of Certified Public | 20 | | Accountants; and |

| 1 | | WHEREAS, James Moehlenhof enjoyed spending time with his | 2 | | family and following the St. Louis Cardinals; and
| 3 | | WHEREAS, James Moehlenhof was preceded in death by his | 4 | | parents and a sister; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, James Moehlenhof is survived by his wife, Mary Jo; | 6 | | 2 children, Michael James Moehlenhof and Brian Philip | 7 | | Moehlenhof; 2 siblings, Margaret "Pegg" Moehlenhof Isbell and | 8 | | John Moehlenhof; 9 nieces and nephews; and 6 great-nieces and | 9 | | nephews; therefore, be it
| 10 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | 11 | | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | 12 | | we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of | 13 | | James Joseph Moehlenhof; and be it further
| 14 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 15 | | presented to the family of James Moehlenhof as an expression of | 16 | | our sympathy.
