from Ch. 122, par. 15-2

Amends the School Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning common school lands.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section 15-2 as follows:

(105 ILCS 5/15-2) (from Ch. 122, par. 15-2)

Sec. 15-2. Place of transacting business. All the the business of a township relating to common school lands shall be transacted in the county which contains all or the greater portion of such lands.
