755 ILCS 27/1
    Amends the Illinois Residential Real Property Transfer on Death Instrument Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning civil law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Residential Real Property Transfer
5 on Death Instrument Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
6 follows:

7     (755 ILCS 27/1)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
9 Illinois Residential Real Property Transfer on Death
10 Instrument Act.
