 1        AN ACT concerning employment.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Workers'  Occupational  Diseases Act is
 5    amended by changing Section 27 as follows:

 6        (820 ILCS 310/27) (from Ch. 48, par. 172.62)
 7        Sec. 27. This Act applies shall apply to all occupational
 8    diseases incurred and deaths occurring on or  after  July  1,
 9    1951.
