HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives wish to congratulate Freda Neal Williams on the occasion of the celebration of her 85th birthday on September 16, 2005; and

WHEREAS, Freda Neal Williams was born September 16, 1920, in Osceola, Arkansas, to Luke and Saville Nolan; she was a sibling to two brothers and three sisters; and

WHEREAS, She married Dennis Miles Williams and born to this union was a son, Dennis Williams Jr.; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we extend our heartiest congratulations and best wishes to Freda Neal Williams on the occasion of her 85th birthday and we wish her continued happiness and good health in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Freda Neal Williams as an expression of our respect and esteem.
