SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Mary Eileen Dahlke, nee Nightingale, of Burbank, who passed away on March 13, 2007; and

WHEREAS, Mary Eileen Dahlke was a homemaker; and

WHEREAS, Mary Eileen Dahlke is survived by her husband of 51 years, Robert J. Dahlke; her children, Rita (Norman) Schinske, Jim (Marcia), Laura, Marge (Kevin) Cali, Nancy (Jerry) Gibour, and Joan (Tim) Wileman; her grandchildren, Rob (Sue) Kristin, Matt, Maryann, Katie, Jim, Joe, J.J., Anthony, Jake, and Madeline; her great-grandchildren, Robert and Katie; her siblings, Patricia (Richard) Blair, Jeanette (the late Dan) Finnegan, Fran Weaver, and Jim (Gail) Nightingale; her sister-in-law, Katheryn (the late Albert) Dahlke; and her many nieces and nephews; she was preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth (Casey) Ciesla; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Mary Eileen Dahlke; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Mary Dahlke as a symbol of our sympathy.
