(5 ILCS 100/5-160)

Sec. 5-160.

Certain provisions of the Illinois Public Aid Code control
over
provisions of
this Act.

In the event that any provisions of this Act are in conflict with
the provisions of Section
4-2 of the Illinois Public Aid Code, the provisions of Section 4-2 of the
Illinois Public Aid Code
shall control.
