(5 ILCS 544/5)

Sec. 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by repealing Sections 42-a, 42-b, 42-c, 42-d, 42-e, 42-f, 42-g, 42-h, 42-i, 42-j, 42-k, 42-l, 42-m, 42-n, 42-o, and 44a.
