(5 ILCS 845/10-260)

Sec. 10-260. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is amended by repealing Sections 110-5.1, 110-6.3, 110-6.5, 110-7, 110-8, 110-9, 110-13, 110-14, 110-15, 110-16, 110-17, and 110-18.
