Sec. 5-570.
In the Department of Transportation.
A Board of
Aeronautical Advisors, composed of 9 persons.
The Board of Aeronautical Advisors shall include among its
members at least one person who is interested in air commerce, at least one
person who is interested in noncommercial private flying, at least one
person who is interested in the operation or management of airports, and at
least one person who is interested in the conducting of schools that have
a comprehensive curriculum for instruction of persons desiring to learn how
to operate, repair or maintain aircraft. The Secretary of
Transportation shall be a member and chairman of the Board of Aeronautical
Advisors. The head of the Division of Aeronautics shall be a member and
vice-chairman of the Board.
