(20 ILCS 3805/20) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 320)

Sec. 20. The State shall not be liable on notes or bonds of the Authority and such bonds and notes shall not be a debt of the State. The notes and bonds shall contain on the face thereof a statement to such effect.
