Sec. 5. Definitions. In this Act: "Director" means the Director of the Illinois State Police. "Nongovernmental organization" means a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization
that provides legal, social, or other community services. "Task Force" means the Task
Force on Missing and Murdered Chicago Women.
