(30 ILCS 105/6b-1) (from Ch. 127, par. 142b1)

Sec. 6b-1. There shall be paid into the State Pensions Fund the funds and proceeds from the sale of abandoned property as provided in the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act.
