(55 ILCS 5/3-15003.4) Sec. 3-15003.4. Voting rights; county jails; probation offices. (a) Each county jail and county probation office shall make available current resource materials, maintained by the Illinois State Board of Elections, containing detailed information regarding the voting rights of a person with a criminal conviction in print.
