(55 ILCS 5/3-4000.1) (from Ch. 34, par. 3-4000.1)

Sec. 3-4000.1. Definitions. In this Division, except when a particular context clearly requires a different meaning, the following definitions apply:

"Board" means the county board of commissioners.

"President" means the president of the county board.
