Sec. 3.1-45-10.

Officers; duties and fees.

The president and board of
trustees may prescribe the
duties of the officers appointed under Section 3.1-30-5, and the amount
to be charged for services rendered by those officers, and
may require them to execute whatever bonds are prescribed by statute or
ordinance.
