(70 ILCS 1832/180)

Sec. 180.

Severability.

If any provision of this Act or its application
to any person or circumstance is held invalid,
the invalidity of that provision or application does not affect
 other provisions or applications of this Act that can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application.
