(110 ILCS 805/6-12) (from Ch. 122, par. 106-12)

Sec. 6-12. The tax rates and the tax rate limitation in this Act shall not be subject to the provisions of the Revenue Act of 1939 or its successor provisions included in the Property Tax Code.
