(205 ILCS 205/9018.4) Sec. 9018.4. Review under Administrative Review Law. Except as provided in Article 10, any person affected by a final administrative decision of the Secretary may have the decision reviewed only under and in accordance with the Administrative Review Law. The provisions of the Administrative Review Law, all amendments and modifications to the Administrative Review Law, and the rules adopted under the Administrative Review Law, shall apply to and govern all proceedings for the judicial review of final administrative decisions of the Secretary under this Act. For the purposes of this Section, "administrative decision" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Appeals from all final orders and judgments entered by a court in review of any final administrative decision of the Board under this Act may be taken as in other civil cases.
