Sec. 2-207. Directories for public health regions; information concerning facility costs and policies. (a) Each year the Department shall publish a Directory for each public health region listing facilities to be made available to the public and be available at all Department offices. The Department may charge a fee for the Directory. The Directory shall contain, at a minimum, the following information: (1) The name and address of the facility; (2) The number and type of licensed beds; (3) The name of the cooperating hospital, if any; (4) The name of the administrator; (5) The facility telephone number; and (6) Membership in a provider association and | ||

(b) Detailed information concerning basic costs for care and operating policies shall be available to the public upon request at each facility. However, a facility may refuse to make available any proprietary operating policies to the extent such facility reasonably believes such policies may be revealed to a competitor.
