(210 ILCS 115/2.8) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 712.8)

Sec. 2.8. "Individual utilities", as used in this Act, means the provision for each mobile home of; a separate metered connection to electrical service; separately tapped water service from an approved public water supply or a separate private water supply; and a separately tapped connection to an approved public sewer system or a separate private sewage disposal system.
