(220 ILCS 30/16) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 416)

Sec. 16. Any electric supplier which violates any provision of this Act shall be guilty of a business offense and shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $2,000.
