Sec. 30. Board; immunity; chairperson.
(a) A member of the Board has no liability in any action based
upon a disciplinary proceeding or other activity performed in good faith as a member
of the Board.
(b) The Board shall annually elect a chairperson and vice chairperson who
shall be licensed under this Act.
