Sec. 23.
Any circuit court upon the application of the
Director or any party of record to a hearing authorized by this Act may
order the attendance of any witness and the production of any books, papers
or documents in this State at any hearing authorized by this Act for the
purpose of giving testimony or evidence. Any court thereof as
provided in this section may compel obedience to such order for appearance
or production of records by proceedings for contempt.
