Sec. 10.1.
Prior to beginning the 6 months of study of detection of
deception required by paragraph D of Section 11, a person shall register
with the Department. Persons who so register may administer examinations
under the supervision and control of an examiner during their course of study.
This registration is valid for 1 year and may be renewed as set forth by rule.
