Sec. 16.

Rules
and regulations.

The Commission has the authority to exercise general supervision and
regulation over all warehouses included under this Act, and has authority
to make all necessary rules and regulations, and adopt forms of
application, bond, receipt, and such other forms as may be required to
effectuate the purposes of this Act.
