(240 ILCS 20/2) (from Ch. 114, par. 333.2)

Sec. 2. The owner or operator in charge of any structure subject to this Act who fails to affix to or print on such structure the warning sign required by this Act shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall upon conviction thereof be fined not more than $50.
