(320 ILCS 25/5.1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 405.1)

Sec. 5.1. Eligibility to receive a grant pursuant to this Act shall not be affected by participation in the "Senior Citizens Real Estate Tax Act", veto overridden November 2, 1983.
