(325 ILCS 5/11.6) (from Ch. 23, par. 2061.6)
Sec. 11.6.
All final administrative decisions of the Department under
this Act are subject to judicial review
under the Administrative Review Law, as now or hereafter amended,
and the rules adopted pursuant thereto.
The term "administrative decision" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the
Code of Civil Procedure. Review of a final administrative decision under the Administrative Review Law is not applicable to a decision to conduct a family assessment under subsection (a-5) of Section 7.4 because no determination concerning child abuse or neglect is made and nothing is reported to the central register.
