(515 ILCS 5/15-40) (from Ch. 56, par. 15-40)

Sec. 15-40. Mussels; size limit. All mussels taken shall be not less than 2 1/2 inches on the shortest line from the center of the hinge side and at a right angle across the shell to the outer edge.
