(615 ILCS 50/13) (from Ch. 19, par. 120.11)

Sec. 13. The Department is directed to request funds for continuing implementation of this Act during the 1971 fiscal year and for each fiscal year thereafter as a part of the ordinary and contingent expense of the Department.
