(625 ILCS 40/1-2.03) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 601-2.03)

Sec. 1-2.03. "Dangerous drug" means any drug defined as a depressant or stimulant substance in the "Illinois Controlled Substances Act" and cannabis as defined in the "Cannabis Control Act".
