Sec. 4.
After the filing of the petition, the court shall appoint two
qualified evaluators to make a personal examination of the alleged
sexually dangerous person, to ascertain whether the person is sexually
dangerous, and the evaluators shall file with the court a report in
writing of the result of their examination, a copy of which shall be
delivered to the respondent.
