(730 ILCS 5/5-1-22) (from Ch. 38, par. 1005-1-22)

Sec. 5-1-22. Victim. "Victim" shall have the meaning ascribed to the term "crime victim" in subsection (a) of Section 3 of the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act.
