735 ILCS 5/8-1008

(735 ILCS 5/8-1008) (from Ch. 110, par. 8-1008)

Sec. 8-1008. Interpretation. Sections 8-1003 through 8-1007 of this Act shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
