Sec. 25-5-105. Quick-take; Menard County; Athens Blacktop.

(a) Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of one year after May 31, 2025 (the effective date of Public Act 103-3) by Menard County for the acquisition of the following described property for the purpose of reconstructing the Athens Blacktop corridor.

(b) This Section is repealed May 31, 2025 (2 years after the effective date of Public Act 103-3).
