Sec. 25-7-103.85. Quick-take; McLean County.

Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used
for a period of 24 months after July 30, 1999,
by McLean County, for the acquisition of property necessary for
the purpose of construction with respect to the Towanda-Barnes
Road from Route 150 to Ft. Jesse Road.
